Auto Oil Spraying on Parathas

Spraying edible oil by manually for large quantity becomes critical and improves fatigue of the worker. So recently we have developed Timer based Edible oil spraying unit successfully.

 

In this system edible oil is sprayed on the food by sensing position using timer based automatic laser sensor. The food is carried using flat belt conveyor at the spraying station and oil is sprayed using Automatic Spray Gun. The edible oil is supplied to Automatic Spray Gun through pressure feed tank. Program is set using PLC programming for spraying edible oil in specified time. Oil needs to be handled at certain temperature, Bullows designed system to handle such kind of applications.

About HVLP Spay Gun

HVLP consumes higher volume air at lower pressure to atomize coatings. By reducing atomizing air pressure at the air nozzle, forward velocity of the spray is also reduced, minimizing “bounce back” and “overspray” from the article being coated. This results in substantial savings in coating materials, booth filter usage, and helps industrial finishing operations meet compliance regulations. Normal operating nozzle pressures range from 3 to 10 PSI, with air consumption from 6 to 22 CFM. Lower viscosity materials can be atomized from 3 to 5 PSI, while heavier materials and higher fluid deliveries require the higher air settings, upwards of 10 PSI.

The gravity feed spray gun not only complies with all air quality regulations, but also will atomize and spray as quickly as a conventional air spray gun. An innovative low volume air nozzle designed specifically for automotive OEM and industrial use allows the gun to spray basecoats, clear coats, waterborne, and high solids at fast application speeds with material savings of up to 50%. This comfortably light, superbly balanced spray gun is easy to operate and smooth to trigger with only 18 lbs. of inlet pressure required. Usually bulbs are spray painted manually using spray guns. This type of process did not give uniform or even coating on the bulb surface & also increases fatigue to the worker. Coating on small surfaces is critical & time consuming process.

To overcome this, Bullows introduced & provides Auto Bulb Coating System using Automatic Spray Guns. Bullows make Auto Bulb Coating System consist of a Conveyorized system in which bulbs are carried to a Water Wash Spray Paint Booth where coating is done using Automatic Spray Gun. In this system bulbs are loaded and unloaded manually by operator. We can use Pneumatic press fit system for pressing the bulb slightly for correct & safe fitting.

Bullows Water Wash Spray Booth provides an extremely efficient ,i.e., for removal of paint particles from the exhausted air by using water as a filtration media. Water wash booths are utilized for high volume paint usage. In addition, water wash booths handle a larger variety of paints, with a wider range of viscosity’s and drying speeds. Water wash booths are favored by all health, fire and building codes.

Water Wash Painting Booth is designed / composed of water tank or over spray paint collection disposal tank (which can be in MS / GI / SS), eliminators (baffles) to arrest gaseous form particles, saw tooth plates, washing chamber and Exhaust system. Water Wash Painting Booth can be made so that it can comply all pollution control board norms as well as OSHA, NFPA 33 and other related norms. In case of Water Wash Spray Painting Booth sludge of over sprayed paint particles is collected in collection tank and can be disposed easily.
