Usually bulbs are spray painted manually using spray guns. This type of process did not give uniform or even coating on the bulb surface & also increases fatigue to the worker. Coating on small surfaces is critical & time consuming process.

To overcome this, Bullows introduced & provides Auto Bulb Coating System using Automatic Spray Guns. Bullows make Auto Bulb Coating System consist of a Conveyorized system in which bulbs are carried to a Water Wash Spray Paint Booth where coating is done using Automatic Spray Gun. In this system bulbs are loaded and unloaded manually by operator. We can use Pneumatic press fit system for pressing the bulb slightly for correct & safe fitting.

Bullows Water Wash Spray Booth provides an extremely efficient ,i.e., for removal of paint particles from the exhausted air by using water as a filtration media. Water wash booths are utilized for high volume paint usage. In addition, water wash booths handle a larger variety of paints, with a wider range of viscosity’s and drying speeds. Water wash booths are favored by all health, fire and building codes.

Water Wash Painting Booth is designed / composed of water tank or over spray paint collection disposal tank (which can be in MS / GI / SS), eliminators (baffles) to arrest gaseous form particles, saw tooth plates, washing chamber and Exhaust system. Water Wash Painting Booth can be made so that it can comply all pollution control board norms as well as OSHA, NFPA 33 and other related norms. In case of Water Wash Spray Painting Booth sludge of over sprayed paint particles is collected in collection tank and can be disposed easily.
